Session 1 - SWAMPING:
A full-body emotional detox that clears the mental and energetic residue you’ve been carrying so you can enter the new year clean, light, and unburdened.
Session 2 - EMOTIONAL RELEASE:
A guided somatic practice that helps you safely move stored tension and old patterns out of your body so you feel grounded, regulated, and back in your power (*involves light breathwork.)
Session 3 - GUIDED VISUALIZATION & SOMATIC MOVEMENT:
A nervous-system-centered movement + visualization session that reconnects you to your voice, presence, and creative flow so you can show up fully expressed in any room.
Session 4 - HEART SMILE:
A grounding, joy-activating practice that opens your heart, expands your capacity to receive, and sets your energetic tone for the year ahead.
