Are you feeling CRUNCHY, too?
Ok, here's what's up this week ...
We’ve been in between two major lunar eclipses these last two weeks.
And whether you pay attention to moon cycles or not, the truth is: its gravitational pull affects us all.
It moves entire oceans — so it makes sense that it impacts our bodies and energy systems, too.
So if you’ve been feeling crunchy, restless, heavy, or like old patterns you thought you’d already dealt with are bubbling up again … that tracks.
This isn’t just personal — it’s a collective transition.
We’re moving through a seasonal shift that always brings both endings and beginnings.
Just like the trees drop their leaves to make room for new growth, our systems are wired to release what’s outgrown so something new can emerge.
And you can choose to make it conscious and work with energy ...
OR it’ll run you over and you won’t know what hit you.
On Thursday morning, I got to help 5 amazing powerhouse women STOP.
Take a breath.
(Well, ok, A LOT of breaths.)
And turn off their over-thinking minds.
Some found limiting beliefs in their subconscious that they couldn’t access or eliminate prior with their thinking minds.
Some had near-psychedelic experiences with visuals of gold dust and diamond energy flowing around and through their bodies. (Can’t make this shit up!)
Some connected with deceased loved ones and processed the grief that had long been suppressed.
All through a simple combination of breathwork, guided visualization and meditation.
Results:
Shed old beliefs (like: "I’m selfish if I make myself a priority")
Reset nervous systems
Rewired neural pathways
Boosted dopamine
Rewrote fear-based identity patterns
Reduced activity in the amygdala
Calmed HPA axis
Processed grief
Enhanced self-awareness and emotional regulation
We accomplished ALL THAT (and then some) in an hour.
It was a potent reminder: rewiring doesn’t happen in your head.
It happens when you get your whole system on board.
Here are two simple ways you can start creating that kind of reset for yourself this week:
1. Embodied Journaling
Don’t go straight from your spinning brain to the page. Move first — shake, walk, dance, stretch.
Take some deep breaths, focusing on the exhale.
Imagine breathing out all your thoughts.
Sink into wherever the voice of your wisdom lives in your body.
Then ask:
What am I looking toward as I evolve?
What are some little actions I can take (either once or repeatedly) that will propel me forward?
What do I do more of?
What do I do less of?
What do I START doing?
What do I STOP doing?
Answer from your body, not just your mind. That’s where the truth lives.
2. Boundary Audit
Transitions demand energy.
And most of us are leaking it all over the place.
Ask yourself:
Where am I giving more than I want to?
What’s one commitment I can gracefully release this week?
Cutting even one energy leak creates space for what’s next.
We have to make space for growth by letting go of what no longer serves.
That’s the reset your system is begging for.
Inside Fuck the Hustle, we don’t just talk about this, we practice it together, LIVE.
Thursday’s session was proof of what happens when you create space for release: beliefs shifted, grief moved, nervous systems reset.
Our October practice is coming fast.
No replays.
If you’re ready to stop overthinking your way through transition and actually feel the shift, join us here.
P.S. If you're a coach or business owner who has offers online, I'm working on a project to help us all get more visibility. I'd love to hear your perspective on some of the challenges you're facing. Would you be open to a 15-min conversation? Hit reply and let me know!
