  • Nope. This isn’t a Facebook group or a performative circle. It’s intentionally curated, thoughtfully paced, and designed to give you breathing room—not more noise.   • Inside a private, invite-only space off social media where you can engage when it feels good (and mute when it doesn’t). There’s an app, but I think it’s a richer experience when you log in from desktop.

  • This community is open to ALL genders, however since the majority of my coaching clients over the years and the majority of people who engage with my content happen to identify as women, I tend to try to talk directly to them (good marketing practice to try to speak directly to one person). But we welcome all and I will do my best to include everyone in the language I use. I’m curious and excited to see who shows up over time!
