It’s lonely at the top

One thing I hear regularly from my clients who lead businesses, teams, organizations is that the top can be a lonely place.

Especially when you’re coming to the conclusion that the system is not exactly rigged in your favor.

When you decide to opt out of the hustle, but everyone around you is still operating from fear, scarcity and the expectation that you will toe the line no matter what, there’s no one to talk to.

Not because you don’t have people around you.

But because you’re starting to THINK differently than the people around you.

In fact, in many organizations, it’s downright UNSAFE. (I feel like I hear this from consultants more than anybody.)

Josh told me last week: “I feel like I’m the only one waking up.”

He's a PWC alum who opened his own shop last year, and he's finally feeling like he has space, but he still doesn't have a tribe.

But Josh is just one of many …

They’re high-achieving, well-respected, and doing all the “right” things.

But deep down, they’re starting to really question the game.

Not just the pace, but the point.

They’re beginning to FEEL the cost of the constant push:
– the sleep deficit
– the emotional flatline
– the distance in their relationships
– the teams running on fumes
– the calendar that owns them

And so when they say:

“I’m done with this,”

There’s no one to share that sentiment with.

Because everyone around them is still operating from fear, scarcity, and performance metrics that ignore what it means to be human.

So what do you do when you’re the one brave enough to slow down—
but the rest of the room expects you to keep performing?

You create a new room.

That’s why I built the Fuck the Hustle community.

A space for seasoned leaders who are done playing the game the way they were taught.

A space for unlearning. For deep recalibration.

For leaders ready to stop performing and start leading from presence.

This isn’t about escaping the grind.

It’s about remembering who you are beyond it.

Part sanctuary.
Part rebellion.
100% aligned with your full, authentic self.

You don’t have to blow it all up to build something new.
But you do need a space that gets it.

And unlike most subscriptions, there’s no trap.

If it doesn’t serve your growth, you can leave anytime.

Because fuck obligations to anything that doesn’t support your most liberated, sovereign expression.

Charter Membership is open now → You Coming?!?

P.S. It’s literally the cost of 2 cups of coffee for the month, and I promise it’ll be worth WAY MORE than that just in bonuses.

But Charter Membership is capped at the first 50 people, so don’t wait for the investment to go up.
