8 CHATGPT PROMPTS TO SHIFT YOUR BRAIN

Go from ‘HOT MESS’ to ‘THOUGHT BOSS’

Alright, confession time. I’ve been back in the saddle of receiving coaching after a 6-month break (yep, coaches need coaching too—I know, mind blown).

While I took a breather to revamp my priorities and, you know, live what I preach, I somehow forgot just how freaking good it feels to be fully supported from the outside while I get my brain wrangled and back on track.

Why is it so good?

Because having someone else hold up a mirror to all my scattered thoughts, limiting beliefs, and sneaky fears is like finding out the plot twist in a really good movie—you didn't see it coming, but suddenly everything makes sense.

Plus, you walk away with clarity, peace, and, dare I say, sanity. Who doesn’t want a little of that?

Now, as part of my regular "keep-me-from-losing-it" routine (because I can’t be a total fraud here, people), I’ve always coached MYSELF daily.

Yep, I am my own client. It’s like playing chess against yourself—if chess was more about uncovering the roots of your existential crisis and less about tiny wooden pieces.

But here’s the thing: I get it. Coaching can feel intimidating if you've never done it before.

Some of you may be like, “Umm, dive into the deep end of my dark psyche? Hard pass, thanks.”

So, I thought—why not get you to dip your toes into the self-coaching pool, with a little help from my not-so-human assistant, ChatGPT?

Now, don’t get me wrong ...

There’s NO replacing the magic of working with a real-life human coach who can see you, hear you, and hold space for your deepest, darkest mess—or, you know, your occasional high-vibe day when you feel like you could run the world (we love those too).

BUT ... ChatGPT has gotten stupidly good at handling well-crafted prompts. So, I decided to put it to the test, because, why not?

And guess what? When I fed it the right questions, trained it like the little AI intern I never had—it crushed it.

Is it a perfect replacement? Absolutely NOT.

But is it better than letting your mind run like a herd of wild cats, keeping you stuck in the hustle? Oh, hell yes!

Last week, I hit you with some real talk about the dangers of an unmanaged mind and how it keeps you trapped in hustle energy.

So today, I’m giving you a little cheat sheet—a.k.a. my favorite prompts—to help you kickstart some coaching action on your own.

You don’t have to dive into the deep end right away. Just let ChatGPT be your training wheels while you unravel that ball of chaotic mental yarn.

Here are a few of my go-to ChatGPT prompts for self-coaching:

  1. "ChatGPT, I’m going to list all my random thoughts right now. Can you help me organize them and point out recurring themes?"
Translation: Help me sort through the mental dumpster fire, please.

  2. "Here are the thoughts I’m having about [specific situation]. Can you help me challenge these thoughts or see them from a different perspective?"
It’s like shaking the mental Etch-A-Sketch and seeing what else pops up.

  3. "I’ve noticed I’m stuck in a negative loop around [specific issue]. How can I observe these thoughts instead of reacting to them?"
AKA, I’m spiraling... can we just stop that, please?

  4. "Can you suggest some affirmations or mantras I can use to shift my mindset from scarcity to abundance?"
It’s time to go from “I’m broke and doomed” to “I’m rich in all the ways that matter (and maybe money too).”

  5. "I want to stop overthinking and start taking action on [goal]. What are some small, manageable steps I can take today?"
Yes, please. Let’s actually do something about it, shall we?

  6. "My inner critic is really loud today. Can you guide me through a visualization exercise to connect with a more supportive, kind version of myself?"
Cue the mental Mean Girls: they thrive in the chaos of an unmanaged mind.

  7. "I know what I want, but I’m not sure what’s holding me back. Can you help me explore the block getting in the way?"
Spoiler alert: It’s probably fear, but let’s find out what kind.

  8. "I’m struggling with anxiety around [specific issue]. Can you offer some strategies to help calm my nervous system?"
Because sometimes you just need to chill.

Your challenge, should you choose to accept it ...

Hit up ChatGPT every day for the next 5 days with one of these prompts and coach yourself.

Pay attention to:

  • What comes up that surprises you

  • What patterns or themes you notice in your thinking

  • How your energy shifts when you manage your thoughts (goodbye, hustle hamster wheel!)

Then, report back to me and let me know what you discover! I’m dying to hear how it goes.

And remember ...

While this ChatGPT self-coaching experiment is pretty damn cool, nothing compares to the energy of real human coaching.

If you’re serious about getting off that never-ending hamster wheel of hustle and want the real deal, my calendar is open for very limited coaching through the end of the year. After November 1, it’s going to be a mad rush.

So if you’re ready to make some actual shifts (and stop repeating the same patterns over and over), let’s get you booked for a clarity call while my calendar is still up for grabs!
