If You’re TEMPTED to keep pushing …

I urging you … don’t

I hope you're enjoying a really nice weekend and taking some time for true REST.

In fact, that's my wish for EVERYONE.

You see, I've been working my @SS off creating daily content for the Let GO & Level UP challenge.

As of last night, that adds up to 24 straight days of producing mini private podcast episodes, daily interaction in our private community, and working behind the scenes on some of the most powerful workshops I've ever created.

That's on top of daily marketing activities and coaching private clients and just generally trying to have a life and take care of my body, mind, and spirit.

And I've gotta admit right now ... I'm TIRED.

I'm LIT because I'm in my zone of genius. I'm doing what I came here to do!

And I've got 13 more days of daily episodes to create -- who even knew I had THAT much original content in me??

And 2 more epic workshops to produce ... all in the next 2 weeks. And women who are really showing up in the Challenge are having breakthroughs and aha moments like you wouldn't believe.

and all that adds fuel to my FIRE!

But my body is telling me it needs more rest.

And I know from one too many times on the edge that if I keep pushing, I'll end up square in the "hustle zone."

And from there, it's a slippery slope to burnout.

I see the signs much earlier now.

And I've finally learned to listen to them.

So I'm living what I teach this weekend. And I hope that I can be an example for all of you.

If you're tempted to keep pushing this weekend, I'm urging you: DON'T.

Give yourself SPACE.

Allow yourself REST.

And watch what brilliance emerges on the other side when you do!

I'll be back next week with more brilliance.

But today, I'm fucking the hustle.

So this isn't your usual value-packed email full of resources and advice.

Instead it's just an example of me leading myself and living my values.

And hopefully that inspires you (even just a little bit) to do the same.
