I'm Definitely Not Your Coach If ...

Let’s just cut to it.

If you're looking for someone to coddle you, fix your problems, or sprinkle some glittery affirmations on top of a burned-out life you secretly hate ...

I’m not your coach. In fact, Fuck the Hustle is not your people.

You’re gonna wanna just hit that unsubscribe button below now.

But if you’ve built something impressive—and you’re still asking, “Is this really it?”

If you’ve outgrown the version of yourself who built the life you have now … keep reading.

Make it stand out

As someone who’s been through the gauntlet …

Burned out to the point of being non-functional.

Played the corporate hustle game like my life depended on it.

(And honestly, back then, it felt like it did.)

I took the risk to walk away.

Not because I had a perfect plan.

But because my body said: No more.

I healed myself from chronic inflammation and autoimmune issues.

I stopped outsourcing my worth to my title or status.

I learned how to regulate my nervous system instead of overriding it.

I learned to feel my feelings instead of performing over them.

And I rebuilt my life and business from the ground up …

In a way that doesn’t require me to keep proving anything to anyone.

That’s why I do this work.

Because I know how terrifying it can be to untangle your identity from your achievements.

I know how lonely it feels to realize the life you built is slowly suffocating you.

And I know the freedom that lives on the other side.

I don’t coach for fun. I coach because I can’t continue to watch people burn themselves out to the point of no return.

I coach because the world desperately needs people who can recognize the truth within themselves.

More leaders who don’t abandon themselves for the applause.

More visionaries who choose sovereignty over survival.

I am relentlessly committed to helping others break free from the grip of hustle culture —so they can reclaim their joy, their vitality, and their power to lead from truth.

Not because it’s easy.

But because it’s the only game worth playing now.

WHO I DON’T WORK WITH

Let’s start with the disqualifiers (because none of us have time to waste here):

You’ve never done any personal development work
If you think coaching is therapy with to-do lists, or you're just now discovering that emotions are a thing … I love that for you. But I’m not the best first stop on the journey.

You want someone to do it for you
I’m not here to save you. Or parent you. Or drag you toward your potential while you cling to your calendar and your comfort zone. If you blow off multiple coaching appointments because “something came up at work”, your priorities are clear, but this isn't one of them.

You’re afraid of change
Not just intellectually afraid—frozen by the idea of letting go of control, even if your current path is draining the life out of you. My clients are willing to lean in, even if they’re scared shitless, ‘cause they know I will hold them.

You’re not willing to put in the work
My clients are MOVERS. SHAKERS. This is for people who know that the most powerful growth is often the most inconvenient and potentially uncomfortable—and they’re still here for it.

You’re not a risk-taker
Change requires courage. This work will ask you to tell the truth. To shed layers. To stop performing. And that can feel risky AF. But stagnation has its own (deadly) cost—and my people are done paying it.

WHO I DO WORK WITH

You’ve done the preliminary work—and you’re ready for depth, not fluff
You don’t need “motivation.” You know the root cause of your issues, but now you need the accountability and the mirror to help you move through those blocks. You’re ready for intelligent, embodied support that actually shifts things.

You want a coach who’s been through it
I’ve walked away from six-figure jobs. Reinvented my life more than once. Grieved the life I thought I wanted. And built something better on the other side. I'm not guessing at this—I’ve lived it.

You are willing invest in your own growth
At this point, I’ve spent well over $200K on my own personal development, and I will never stop investing. This work is sacred. It deserves your commitment. YOU deserve your investment. I will never ask for anything I’m not doing myself.

You want grounded, direct, real coaching
With someone who holds sacred space and kicks your ass (lovingly.) No spiritual bypassing. No performance. No perfectionism. Just honest conversations, nervous system tools, and clear frameworks to help you make aligned moves.

You’re ready to stop proving and start living
Not because you’re broken. But because you know—deep down—there’s more available. More aliveness. More clarity. More you.

If you’ve been circling the idea of working with me 1:1…

This is your invitation to check in and ask:

Am I ready to be really f*cking honest about what’s next?

Because if you are?

I’d love to walk beside you in it.

One awesome client just graduated. When she started, she was commuting 90 minutes each way, managing a team of 40, and waking up at 2am with anxiety about board meetings.

Today, she’s sold her house, moved to the beach, dropped into part-time consulting, and just signed her first two private clients for a passion project she never thought she’d have time for.

She may come back for more later, but today she doesn’t “need” me because she has all the tools and enough practice that she’s no longer outsourcing her decisions to fear—she knows how to recalibrate, stay grounded, and choose what’s truly hers.

That means there’s one spot open for a six-month deep-dive engagement.

If it’s calling your name, you can grab a spot on my calendar to explore it together here:
